Dear Eduroam Support Team,

With reference to our earlier communication regarding connectivity issues on Google Pixel devices running Android 15, we would like to inform you that the problem still persists.

Additionally, after testing with the latest Android 16 update on Pixel devices, we have observed that the issue continues. Now, both our students and faculty members using Pixel devices on Android 15 and 16 are unable to connect to the Eduroam network, while other Android versions and devices remain unaffected.

As the issue has not been resolved even after subsequent updates, we kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter further and providing guidance on possible fixes or workarounds at the earliest.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to your response.

Despite following the standard connection procedures, these devices are unable to establish a connection to the Eduroam network. Notably, this issue seems to be specific to the combination of Google Pixel and Android 15, as other devices and Android versions are connecting without any problems.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide guidance on any potential fixes or updates to resolve the issue? Your prompt assistance in addressing this would be greatly appreciated and will help ensure seamless connectivity for our students.
