Hi Tom,
The ingest into the eduroam DB usually happens around 1am or 2am European time (if I recall correctly), and the data should be available the morning after. :-/

Hi, I am trying to apply for an eduPKI certificate for 1 of our eduroam IdP/SP. The eduroam DB is updated with server_name and type, but the Organisation does not appear in the CAT menu “Certificate for Organisation”
From our institution.json file: "inst_realm": [ "forskningsradet.no" ], "server": [ { "server_name": "radius.forskningsradet.no", "server_type": 1 } ], "inst_name": [ { "lang": "en", "data": "Norges forskningsråd" } ]
The information was changed yesterday 13:40:06Z. How often does CAT update its information? Any idea what could be wrong?
