Alvin Milroy was the relationship manager with JISC. This needs updating by CUPA to ensure we can remove the below from public website cat.eduroam.org 

 

It displays Cambridge Assessment with very out of date pre-merger branding. If we're no longer supporting it someone needs to renew the relationship to either remove the CA logo or repair the sign-up for CUPA. This would need to be someone of 'management level'.

Thank you for contacting us. I can certainly change the trading name by which Cambridge Assessment is presented in CAT.

The records for the CAT entity are:

Admin: milroy.a AT cambridgeassessment.org.uk

Realm: ucles.cam.ac.uk

Realm registered to University of Cambridge – so authentication requests are forwarded to the Univ of Cambridge eduroam RADIUS servers for authentication or onwards forwarding

 

Is ‘milroy.a’ no longer with Cambridge Assessment / Cambridge University Press & Assessment ?

Who is now responsible for your eduroam service – there are issues to be resolved

 

And could you provide me with details of a ‘management level’ contact for the organisation please – IT or network manager/director.

I am trying to seek support on whomever may be listed by yourselves as the Eduroam admin for Cambridge Assessment?

In 2021, Cambridge Assessment merged with Cambridge University Press, forming Cambridge University Press & Assessment and it seems whilst we continue broadcasting the Eduroam SSID on our internal Wireless Access Points, no longer have a means of administrating our users' accounts, or creating new ones.

With this in mind we also need to update our branding and org name on cat.eduroam.org. My main concern is whomever previously looked after this has left our organisation along with this knowledge of our relationship with Eduroam.

Can you assist?
