Hello,

the process is exactly as described in the link below; there is nothing I as an individual can do besides telling you how it works.

You need to update your NRO information in the eduroam DB (at your discretion using an instance of the DjNRO software or not, freshly installed or not, it does not matter - you do not need CAT access to install and configure DjNRO).

Then, notify eduroam OT that you would like an NRO-privilege invitation token, and log in with that token.

Concretely, I see one person listed as NRO contact in the eduroam DB, but it is none of the persons in To or Cc of this mail.

Currently, our IT center is managing the Lao Research and Education Network (LERNET) and we also managed Lao eduroam National Roaming Operator (NRO) as well as our university eduroam. These coming weeks, our partner from SIFULAN – Malaysian Access Federation will visit our university and help us with the eduroam configuration. It is required to have eduraom CAT in place. Therefore, we would like to know how can we manage our university as well as our NRO to be part of the eduraom CAT service.
