I am so sorry that I forgot to include our NRO contact in the loop. He is Mr. Siliphone working with our team at IT Center, National University of Laos. 

Over the months, our NRO DJ has been down and recently we are reinstalling the service. During the process, we might need your help to assign NRO-level privileges in our OSS and other related matter.

Concretely, I see one person listed as NRO contact in the eduroam DB, but it is none of the persons in To or Cc of this mail.

My name is Sotsay Sengvong, a deputy head of the Software Division, the Information Technology Center (IT Center), the National University of Laos. I am writing you to ask for your favor on eduroam CAT. 

Currently, our IT center is managing the Lao Research and Education Network (LERNET) and we also managed Lao eduroam National Roaming Operator (NRO) as well as our university eduroam. These coming weeks, our partner from SIFULAN – Malaysian Access Federation will visit our university and help us with the eduroam configuration. It is required to have eduraom CAT in place. Therefore, we would like to know how can we manage our university as well as our NRO to be part of the eduraom CAT service.
