Hi,

Am I right in thinking that the “Configure Wired Ethernet” Media Property for a CAT profile is not exclusive – i.e. the profile would be for both eduroam and wired access, not just wired access alone when installed on a device?

I’m asking as I’m currently reviewing a profile configuration and whilst the anonymous outer ID is less relevant for local wired access, if the configuration includes Wi-Fi being set up on the device as well, then it is probably best to ensure it is set regardless of access media in case the device is a laptop that could roam via Wi-Fi as well as connect via wired Ethernet – or is that more likely to cause strange issues with the wired connectivity?
