Hello,

did the profile itself install without errors? In that case, the error, if there is any, is not on our side. Our installers distribute configuration details which are uploaded to our portal by the institution administrator.

So, if a certificate problem is the root cause of your issues (evidence beyond "it doesn't work" would be nice), you may need to contact your IT/Helpdesk about that so that they update their information in our system.

I have tried to access eduroam on my iPad pro (iOS 13) but it doesn’t connect. I have installed the certificate profile from the website. I have tried the one for Apple iOS mobile devices and also the one for MacOS Catalina (as it was suggesting this one for my device). However, I cannot connect to eduroam in neither. I’m sure of my login details as I have other devices connected to it. Is there any updated version of the certificates for iOS 13?
