Hi,

our Android users at the University are rightly complaining that the automatic search for the correct

university profile in most of the cases doesn’t work properly.

This must be a client issue (wrong geo-location) – perhaps the location of the mobile service provider.

But even the workaround of the manual search for the “university ” often doesn’t help.

When we manually search for “Basel” the University of Lucerne will be displayed with the wrong logo (that of the Uni Basel)

but of course the Certificates of the University Lucerne.

Is this a known issue ? How do you guys handle this issue ?
