You have two options:
1) Fix your IdP which is generating your eduPersonTargetedID attribute.
I'm guessing you are using ComputedId with source attribute set to uid,
and the source attribute changed to ePPN. You should change it back to
the previous attribute and then your IdP should release the correct
eduPersonTargetedID attribute value so you can login to eduroam CAT
admin portal. Your users may be unable to access some other SPs due to
this change and it is recommended that you never change the computed
source attribute for this reason.

2) Alternatively, ask your National Roaming Operator to resend an invite
link (they may be on this list).
