It looks like your device does not reach our server at all, and times
out eventually.

Wild guess: can you use your device built-in browser and go to the
following two websites:

ip4.restena.lu
ip6.restena.lu

And see if they immediately either load or you get a "unreachable".

If especially the ip6 one does not immediately yield a result but takes
very very long before it times out, this would be an IPv6 connectivity
issue in your LTE provider network.

You have pretty good accuracy on wild guesses! The mobile data provider network's DNS server doesn't even resolve the ip6.restena.lu name.

But that doesn't explain the timeout issue, right?

I tried to execute "logcat" over adb shell to see if there was some kind of exception but got nothing.

What can we do to debug this?
