Hi Tomaz,
Thanks for the reply, we were able to set the autoconnect parameter using our wrapper install script so thank you for the info.
Many thanks, and please do let me know when a new release is available.
Kinds Regards, Lance

Hi, First of all an important thing - I have located a bug in the silent installed which causes it to hang (or rather loop getting all CPU on one processor core). The installer does everything fine before it hangs so people might not really notice that. This is going to get fixed in the upcoming CAT update that is going to happen still in September. The auto-join is the result of connectionmode=auto set in the profile. Clearly if you are using some sort of a wrapper around the installer you can just run netsh wlan set profileparameter name=eduroam connectionmode=manual after the installer exits. Or rather you will be able to do that after we update, since now the installed never exits. Does this sound like a solution for your problem? I would prefer to avoid adding another parameter to the config, it might be hard to maintain uniformity of behaviour across the whole range od CAT supported devices. Tomasz
