Dear Sir/Madam

I downloaded Eduroam for Windows10 on my laptop, however when I try to connect to the Eduroam network it says

" Unable to Connect to this network"

I am not sure why??

However on my Samsung galaxy phone (android) I am able to connect to the Eduroam wifi.

I work in Cork University Hospital, and I am using my "Royal College of Physicians Ireland" login for eduroam.

Can you tell me is there an issue with trying to connect my laptop ( windows 10) to eduroam wifi??

Or do I have some security block on my laptop?
