If you ignore it and at the end of the routine 'forget' the network, thenyou may be seeing the effect discussed in
join Eduroam
https://github.com/GEANT/CAT-Android/issues/34
So 'forget' the network often is a useful step to prepare,
the next step should always be "join Eduroam using the App".
Chances are around 90% it works. If not, make sure you configure
the certificate check manually along with the other settings
(tedious but doable).
If you have any questions about this, please ask.
