If your Identity Provider has changed the root certificate, they should
also update the certificate in their eduroam CAT administrator area.
Assuming that is done, you would have to remove the eduroam network and
re-install it with the app.
Your identity provider may also have special instructions for you as
they are the ones who have the exact timing for the certificate change.
You may want to contact the local helpdesk for further instructions.
