So if I understand you correctly you will not solve the problem, i.e., that I as a university employee cannot use eduroam?

Please provide me name and contact for your manager and, if applicable, guidelines for filing a complaint.

The problem you are experiencing could be a result of limited user permissions. CAT installs wireless profiles for all users (the default behaviour of netsh wlan add profile). In future versions we may consider the fallback to the more limited approach, but this error is so rare that we did not find this a top priority.
