I have tested the DTU installer for both Windows 10 and Windows 7 and they work fine.

The problem you are experiencing could be a result of limited user permissions. CAT installs wireless profiles for all users (the default behaviour of netsh wlan add profile). In future versions we may consider the fallback to the more limited approach, but this error is so rare that we did not find this a top priority.
