I have just tested the PEAP profile on 10.14.4 and all works fine.

Are you sure that you used valid connection credentials?

eduroam SSID triggered prompt for username/password after updating to MacOS 10.14.4

removed and re-installed twice with same results:

1. installation warning re domain-qualified username occurs after prompt for credentials

2. entering correct qualified username and password (EAP-PEAP) claims to successfully install the profile, but 

3. attempting to connect to eduroam SSID triggers prompt for username and password.
