Good evening,

I'm a student from  Birmingham University. I installed Eduroam on my laptop 
but having issues with the credentials. The system is set up for a mail 
address like "@bham.ac.uk", while my mail address is " AT student.bham.ac.uk". 
So, at the end of the installation, I receive an error message and cannot 
access.

Can you please help?
