Hi Stefan, My colleagues at service desk, who has direct contact with the user, will get back to you regarding the domain side (something under sulinet.hu). Thank for the assistance. Best Regards, Janos On 2019. 02. 19. 11:52, Stefan Winter

Hello, We have an issue with a user using ChromeOS on Chromebook. He downloaded .onc file after selecting his own organisation. But according to the user report after procedure given by the installer he does not find any changes. Unfortunately we don't have access any ChromeOS device. Any way to debug at user side what is going on? On the device side, there is only very little debugging opportunity. What is the realm of the user? Maybe we can find something out on the server side. For example, one of the peculiar things on ChromeOS is that it finds Extended Validation server certs and CAs unacceptable for Wi-Fi EAP server identification. Maybe they have an EV certificate in use... Greetings, Stefan Winter --
