I'm one of the Network Engineers for Ravensbourne, when users try to connect with Eduroam CAT, they are receiving 'Unable to Connect'.

We suspect this is due to old configuration within the installer. I'm attempting to login to the CAT Admin Portal but am receiving the following error.

Is this something you are able to assist us with?
