Thanks

AARnet might be having a look already as I had logged a job about NTPR routing missing from DNS.  It appears that I don’t have the login experimental section this morning where on Friday it was working.

Hi,

Big red errors are never expected :-)

The requests are sent from our European top-level servers in The

Netherlands and Denmark, respectively.

15 seconds is an already very forgiving timeout; if an authentication

hasn't completed (or not even started in this particular case), then

something about request routing is not in order.

You should first contact your National Roaming Operator in Australia,

AARnet. They should verify that national roaming still works as expected.

If necessary, they should escalate this to the Asia-Pacific top-level

operators and/or the European ones. AARnet has the necessary procedures

to do that in place.

Greetings,

Stefan Winter
