You have downloaded the wrong installer.

If you have a username from Universidad des Pais Vasco, then you will
always need to use their installers. The installer for Jena users is
guaranteed to NOT work.

You do realise that your username ends in @ehu.es ? ehu.eus is used for
the website, but not for EHU's eduroam accounts...
