I'm afraid that IS the answer to give. The National Roaming Operator can
invite its institutions to CAT. Or not, if they don't want to.

FWIW, I'm forwarding your mail to the Operations Team. Maybe they can
have a word with your NRO personnel.

What are you talking about? It was issued December 2017, is from a
renowned and browser-trusted CA, and even is EV-validated.

I just visited the website with Google Chrome and it is totally beautiful.

If you see anything else, please send a screenshot and more info along.
