eduroam National Roaming Operators (NROs) decide on their own whether
they want to use the CAT toolset or not. They further decide to which of
their institutions they assign the right to use it. eduroam CAT is free
to use for NROs, institutions and end users.

So, all I can say is: I checked, you are right, there is no single
Indian institution currently listed. But there is nothing we as the
platform operators can do about that.

I would usually bcc the India NRO (ERnet) personnel so they realise that
there is customer demand for the CAT tool in India, but they have not
given us contact email addresses in the operations database. If you know
how to reach them, please put them in touch with us.
