You'll read there that you get your access by appointment by your
National Roaming Operator in Zambia, ZAMREN.

Unfortunately I do not have any contact details of the responsible
personnel at ZAMREN. If you do, you should point them to the NRO manual
of CAT:

They'll read there that they have to register their personal emails to
get an account for the eduroam Operations Support Systems (including,
but not limited to CAT). They'll have to follow the corresponding
