Greetings,

I am an university student in the "Universidad Rey Juan Carlos" (Madrid). I have issues to connect to the WI-FI, and i do not really know the reason. Once I matriculated, the university gave me my username (e.sanchezd.2017), my e-mail adress (e.sanchezd.2017 AT alumnos.urjc.es) and my password so I could access the intranet of the university's webpage, and eventually those username and password would be the ones that lend me enter the eduroam connection. I erased all the existent WI-FI (of eduroam) from my computer, and tried to connect using the autoinstalling program from the eduroam's webpage, but the same problem appears everytime: a message telling me that it is impossible to connect. As a possible problem, it is probable that my username is nonexistent in your eduroam net. 

I am waiting news soon due to the fact that it is urgent. If you want to contact here is my e-mail (e.sanchezd.2017 AT alumnos.urjc.es) and my phone (628557342). If it is possible I would prefer that someone contact me in spanish.
