Hi,

and a very similar issue was already present in Symantec Endpoint
Protection 11 for Win 7. Microsoft has a set of instructions to clean up
the mess that SEP leaves behind in a KB article for that OS:

Nothing specific for Win version 10 and SEP versions >12 but I'm still
looking.
