Hi Stefan,

 

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

If there was something we could configure Symantec to allow the software to run that would be nice. I can't see anything in the Symantec logs.

Or if we could get it to auto run the inst_cat.cmd

 

Where is this well documented please?

 

Are there any other known issues with other AV software?

sorry, this is the best workaround we have for this Symantec bug.

 

The bug is also well-documented and they are perfectly aware of it. And yet, I am not aware of any efforts on their side to fix that.
