Hi Ian!

I do not know if you've managed to login since you've sent this e-mail.
If so, then just ignore the rest of this message.

The error you're getting says that your IdP is not releasing appropriate
attributes.

I presume you're using your institution's IdP so the advice is to show
this error message to your IdP admins. In case they have technical
question they can write to 
address@concealed.
