Windows 10 Creators Update has an OS-side problem with the TTLS built-in
authentication method. So if you are using TTLS, this could well be the
problem.

We have updated CAT code to supply an alternative TTLS supplicant
recently. Please download a fresh Win 10 installer and see if that one
makes the two devices work again.
