Hi all,
   we have just applied an update to the main CAT installation as a
means of fixing what the Windows 10 Creators Update has broken. This
change only affects those institutions that have the EAP-TTLS method set
as either the only one available or having a higher priority then say PEAP.

Starting from now, the Windows 10 EAP-TTLS installer ships the
additional EAP library - GEANTLink, which gets installed in the Windows
system. Unfortunately this process requires admin privileges on the machine.

This update has also changed the version of the GEANTLink TTLS library
shipped for Windows 7 and Vista, so we have an improvement for these
systems as well.

Should anyone notice any odd behaviour please report to the list or
directly to me.
