I have just tested the silent installer on Windows 10 and it seems to work fine.

The installer is not really silent if it needs to install a root cert, it will call certutil and that will pop up a prompt for the user. If you want to run the CAT installer inside an external one and if you install the cert yourself, then CAT will not try to install the cert itself.

You should be able to verify that the installer installs an eduroam wireless profile.

I suppose this feature has not been tested recently so possibly a bug has been introduced at some stage.

I will test it. Which version of Windows did you try it on? What is the EAP type that is supposed to be set?

Has anyone used the silent install option for Windows deployments?  There’s a /s option but our testing hasn’t shown that to really do anything - we’re not seeing the server certificate installed or any apparent action happening when we run it this way.
