Hm, I see. Well you could have uploaded the new CA much earlier so that
both trust roots are in client confs. That is our suggested procedure
for CA rollover; since recently, this is also in the documentation:

But that doesn't help you right now because the old CA cert expires at
12:39:17 GMT today.

I'm afraid inviting IdPs is really a task for the national roaming
operator only.

With this being outside normal workflow, we would need to manually
manipulate something in the system. I'll see if there's anything we can
do, but can't promise anything at this point.
