Could you please better specify "and I have no connectivity problems 
anywhere else"? Did you connect (or could you connect) to eduroam or 
other WPA2 Enterprise wireless networks in another campus or other 
wireless infrastructure using the same device?

I'm asking just to exclude a regression: in the past we had problems 
with Surface Pro 3 Windows 10 marvel driver associated to Cisco WLC 
wireless infrastructure.
