HI

Yes there seems to be a failure to enter the user details. There is a known
issue with windows 10 that it will not let you enter the username and
password as you login.
The profile has to have the details pre configured for the SSID. I can see
that the installer is attempting to do this but must fail.

The credentials that I am entering are correct and work when the profile is
configured manually.

that shouldnt happen....thats why the CAT tool asks for your details...
obviously, they need to be put in correctly (perhaps, when connecting, theres
a failure and hence windows is prompting for correct details??)

that is because the CAT tool enforces the correct security policy. you must
ALWAYS set the CA/server details into clients (where such settings are
possible) - not doing so is in violation of the eduroam specifications. (as
an IDP you must ensure that your clients are following best practice - so if
you have any instructions they MUST show clients being configured correctly)

the eduroamCAT tool will ONLY provide a profile to an end user when the
profile is 100% complete

this is one of the big advantages of a deployment tool like the (free)
eduroamCAT and other commercial offerings, the client is set up 100%
correctly and securely.
