We will try to see if we can spot something in the CAT logs, but as this problem is not reproducible on other devices (just tried on my iPhone) it may be hard to catch.

We have a user who is having some problems downloading the installer through the eduroam site on an iPhone 6.

 

We open the browser and go to cat.eduroam.org, select the institution name and then click to download the installer.  On the next screen we then get the attached error message but on all other devices we get the normal screen which has our contact details and the final download button (this is working on other devices).

 

This is the 2^nd time we’ve tried downloading it, we first tried last week and got the same error.

 

Can you help rectify this problem please?
