I recently told a user to use cat.eduroam.org to get some laptops online, below is an update from the trouble ticket:

I got it working from the https://cat.eduroam.org/ but you may want to check the certificate or security on this file… Just about every piece of security software on my computer said not to download and run this file…. Could the certificate but up for renewal or some kind of validation? Something isn't right with it…
