I would be interested to hear if what Jasper suggested works.

 

Is it just android 4.3 you are having this problem with?

Is your phone having a pattern screen lock? Or no screen lock at all?

I encountered the same problem for a week ago and it was caused by the phone having a pattern screen lock. Changing it to PIN solved the issue.

Hello,

I am one of the people in charge of configuring our settings for cat.eduroam for our institution (UAS Technikum Vienna). If I download the profile for the Android application (eduroamCAT, Android Version 4.3) I receive an "File Access Error" and it prompt me to download the profile again, which doesn't resolve the error.
How do I resolve this problem?
