This obviously depends on the number of digets in the pin and the number of
dots in the pattern:

N Number of patterns connecting N dots Number of numeric PINs of N
digits
2 56 100
3 360 1,000
4 2,280 10,000
5 14,544 100,000
6 92,448 1,000,000
7 588,672 10,000,000
8 3,745,152 100,000,000

umm, thats wierd and freaky as i have a pattern screenlock.. (mandated due to
802.1X profile but also because my device is attached to an outlook system :/
)

I would not accept a pin code as a method to unlock my device :)
