The mailing list for users of the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

We are using both cat.eduroam.org and location lookup, both resulted in the same error.

Hello,

 

Are you hosting the .eap-config file locally, or using cat.eduroam.org ?

Or did the user use the location lookup to discover the eap-config?

One of our users has a problem using CAT on Android 4.3.

The CAT app has been downloaded from Google Play.

 

When trying to install the profile, the following message occurs:

“File access error. Try to download the profile again.”
