is it possible first to solve the redirect problem in ANDROID in CAT backend?

Than we can let the IdP's decide whether they want to use one backend, other NRENs backend or their own?

Can we think about this? So we have the chance to use one backend, but might use a different if the admin

decide to do so. I have no problem if we tell IdPs the default is to use one backend but you have the choice.

What is your opinion?
