From those screenshots, it looks like the authentication succeeded, and
the problem is that you are not receiving an IP address from the
hotspot's DHCP server.

This list is only for the installation and initial configuration of
eduroam using the eduroam CAT toolset. Since your problem is occuring at
a later stage, the only ones who can help you are the local staff at the
hotspot. Please contact their helpdesk.
