It's a known missing feature ;-)

The Android app currently does not directly support multiple SSIDs yet.
Also note the second large-ish limitation: it only allows to install one
root CA, not multiple ones.

There is a way to install a second SSID manually by the user inside the
app - it's just not at all straightfoward:

You need to enable "Settings" "Advanced Options", then switch to the
"Status" pane, "Duplicate Profile", type the SSID, and then go back to
the "Install" pane. You now get a drop-down list of SSIDs and can select
the second one.

The ability to import all configured SSIDs into the app automatically is
obviously a feature request we are already aware of and are working on.
