This is a definite for us. Without the secondary SSID, we haven't been able to deploy the CAT tool for Android and have just left our manual configuration instructions up.

Im afraid the app itself is limited in this way at present.

We have foreseen this, and looked at ways to send the extra SSID information along with the current eap-config files.
But currently the eap-config files consumed by the app don’t support additional SSIDs.

I am not sure how big a demand there is for this feature, but its certainly in the list of feature requests.
