Im afraid the app itself is limited in this way at present.

We have foreseen this, and looked at ways to send the extra SSID information 
along with the current eap-config files. 
But currently the eap-config files consumed by the app don’t support 
additional SSIDs.

I am not sure how big a demand there is for this feature, but its certainly 
in the list of feature requests.
