Hi,
  PEAP-GTC does not have a native Windows support and thre seem to be no
free implementations that we could use. We hope to be able to bring back
TTLS-PAP  to Windows Vista/7 in a matter of weeks. On Windows 8 and
above we support TTLS-PAP with the native Window supplicant.
