Hi

Im managing Eduroam Federator Operator of Ecuador, when I open the list of institutions https://cat.eduroam.org/admin/overview_federation.php (attached screenshot) the Institution "Universidad Tecnica del Norte" or utn.edu.ec the webpage only appear the word "0" , and the institution don't appear on the list of institutions on the button "eduroam user: download your eduroam installer"

Please help me.
