Dear Sir/Madam,

I am PhD. candidate at UPC.

Recently, I tried to install eduroam on my Iphone (IOS 7.0.2) through https://cat.eduroam.org/ . Then, I installed the profile without any problem, but when I want to connect it, it says Unable to join the network.

Regardin this issue, I contacted with
ATIC AT upcnet.es
and they refer me to you.

I would be grateful if you provide a solution.
