Hello,

Why has our institution disappeared from the list?  Our students can’t access the installers for setting up eduroam, for some reason the Courtauld no longer appears on the list.  This was all setup and working fine a month ago…….

IIRC, you joined CAT during the initial test phase when it still resided on cat-test.eduroam.org.

When putting CAT into production, we migrated the entire database, and thus preserved your settings. However, we deliberately pulled all profiles off the user download area initially, because we didn't know if entries were meant serious or merely testing/playing on cat-test.

We asked all admins to log into the migrated instance on https://cat.eduroam.org, verify that everything is indeed ready and meant for production, and then add the "Production-Ready" boolean option to their profile again.

Could you investigate whether this is maybe the source of the problem?

BTW, it may be a good idea to subscribe to this mailing list, cat-users AT geant.net, to receive future service announcements.
