Yes; it's sad that it's not totally intuitive, but I don't see how we
could improve on it.

The basic situation is: a user with a, say, Greek mother tongue could
come to the download page to get his Swansea installer. If you've set
the English (and for the sake of argument: French) name in CAT, what
should we display as the institution name, profile name, etc.?

The solution as of yet is to have an extra entry called "default/other
languages". If there are any other names for specific languages, these
can be set extra as a courtesy for users who prefer that language.

For most people, I'd guess that "default" is the only one they'd
populate, if there is just one canonical name for an institution. It is
the first entry in the language selection list; and even better, if you
don't touch that field, it is also interpreted as if you had selected
"default".

I guess the "complaint" text in the subsequent page could be made
clearer. I'll look into that for beta2.
